Love it. Easy assembly and take down, just look at the utube information a few times...almost as tall as my Bongo.

for the inner tent

on your website it is not clear if the inner tent fills the entire outer shelter or not
i learned by trial and error that it does not and there is a space at one side for gear etc outside the inner tent

it is not clear when all the extra guys lines and storm poles should be used ie what wind speed etc

i have used your cinch hub each night for the last 6 nights and mostly it worked well

but on the first night there was a moderate wind and the tent blew away and the ground sheet ripped on two sides

given all this - in summary you have a very good product but you do not give enough information about how to use it and i think it is not good enough for you to hope that users will go to third party videos on how to use your products

given all this i think it would be the right thing to do for you to send me a new complimentary ground sheet as my ground sheet was damaged on the first night i tried to use it- you can contact me at g.thornicroft@btopenworld,com

Quick delivery , the hub is such good quality. We watched the videos and managed to get it up and down easily. Using it with our camper van Looking at the other products now , it's so good.

Purchased as a day tent for shelter during archery competitions. Good quality. Easy to erect and put away having watched clear you tube video. Great product.

FIRSTLY, you can stand up in this tent!! The tent weighs a bit more than my old same shaped decathlon pop up but that is because the fabric is superior quality. The round flat bag is a rucksack. I love the ease of setting up, its versatility, the fact that it can be a gazebo with or without a tub style ground sheet. I bought the 2 man sleep pod as an extra, and with a few dog clips made it temporarily smaller, just for one, giving me more floor space . It also has storm poles!! The venting options are brilliant. I camped in full sunshine and stayed cool with all the through draft options. No early morning boil-in-your-bag experience. I would say "Dont hesitate, just buy it "- you'll be glad you did. I bought the beige colour.
