We purchased one last year and have been so impressed with the easy of use and sturdyness we gave now bought a second one.

Does the job very nicely. Having taken a long time to decide what to get I am really pleased with this. Am selling my tailgate awning now because the Hub does the job perfectly. So easy to put up and putting it down needs a bit of practice but is fine. Only thoughts are that the groundsheet could have more velcro to stop bugs coming in, and the hub when packed is quite a lot heavier than I thought it would be - however I love the over shoulder carry straps and shoulder straps! Very happy customer here :0) NB Also stronger pegs would be better - why not supply rock pegs from the start?

Absolutely love my Cinch. It’s so easy to pop up & down, it’s been carefully thought out by people who obviously camp. It’s the little details - pockets for when you unzip the doors, elastics to tie up the guy ropes when packing. We’ve the full set up and are delighted with it. Customer service was second to none - absolutely the best I’ve seen. Love it.

No setup instruction, the video isn’t enough. . What are the poles for and where do they go. Where is the attached floor mats shown in the video. The videos are for a different version.

Tried following the take down video and it was too stiff to do or I’m not strong enough. Luckily a friend has one and was on hand to show me a different way. So I’m going to sell it, prefer to return it having used it once.
