Firstly I want to say a big thank you to Ben for his excellent customer service.
I met Jake at the show who did a brilliant demonstration of the Hub tent.

We wasn't looking for another tent but when I saw all the features it had like the quick set up/take down, I was sold on it. Jake was great and didn't hesitate in answering all of our many questions.

We already have an excellent all weather air tent and an air awning tent so really didn't need another one! (These are now for sale Lol)
However, the fact that you can take this on it's own or add the vehicle van connector to make it an awning for the campsites that require your tent to be attached to your vehicle made this purchase a no brainer.

We also purchased the inner tent as an option to sleep in as it has a bit of a blackout feature plus the ground sheet is sewn in. For those who may think this tent maybe a bit small then fear not, you can also add a storage bay or 2 for your luggage/equipment etc. Ours is on order.
I mentioned a storage bay or 2 because the tent is so versatile. You can attach the accessories to whichever side you like to make it bespoke to the campsite you're using it on. We like our privacy so we have the opening end away from our neighbours.

We haven't ordered the Hub canopy or wind break yet but we will do in the future to make this an any situation tent.

I honestly haven't left a review this long before. However, I honestly believe this company deserves it. I had a slight issue with my order as I ordered it from the show and things got a bit jumbled up.
I contacted Ben at Cinch who went over and beyond to make sure everything was sorted with a very fast delivery time.

This has given me so much confidence in the company as I know if I had any issues in the future then this would be sorted professionally and quickly.

We're looking forward to camping in the Hub for years to come.
If you are thinking of buying one then don't hang around as their stock goes very quickly.

Had a 5 day break with my bongo and cinch hub ,so glad I bought this instead of campervan awning ,the hub instructions were so easy to use ,and made us giggle ,the boyfriend had it down to a fine art two mins up and six mins to fold and have back in bag stored behind driver seat ,he became a super Hub erector 🤣,teenagers slept in hub ,warm and dry ,plenty of room ,great addition to my kit ,thanks to Ben for his best customer service I had my hub within 48 hrs of order in Aberdeenshire ,well made and top class ,saved us lots of time ,and did everything we needed it to do ,you’ve made camping easy, I’m saving for tunnel thank you

I used my new shelter for the first time today. It’s amazing. We had a family day out with a bbq and games. When we needed a break we moved the seats and drinks in the shade under the shelter. Would definitely recommend for families.

This is a fantastic piece of equipment, it was worth the wait! Very easy to erect BUT there are parts of the hub that have changed so it is not obvious what needs to be done. So please please updated you tube videos. The QR codes take you to videos but they are not up to date. But over all amazing
